kesheepoer.com it’s headquartered in Shenzhen, China. We have warehouses in China, the European Union, some of the products will be shipped from overseas warehouses to save time and transportation costs.For other items need to send from China warehouse need to send by sea if we offer free shipping.

SHIPPING METHOD

For Items in European warehouse, Shipping by logistics companies such as DPD, UPS or DHL.

We usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. After the goods are shipped, we will send you the tracking number by email.

EU warehouse delivery time is about 7-9 days.
Delivery time from China warehouse by Sea shipping 30-40Days and Air shipping 10-15days to USA.
by Sea shipping 55-60 Days and Air shipping 15-20days to EU.

For other country by sea is 35-40days.

IMPORT CUSTOMS/DUTY

For most of our shipments are DDP,door to door shipping included shipping cost and taxes. If we are unable to ship the product to your address, we will issue a full refund and your order will be cancelled.

SHIPPING TERMS
